Welcome to PK Bazaar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PK Bazaar website, app and services. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity that happens under your account. The information you provide (name, phone, email, delivery address) must be accurate and current, as it is used to process and deliver your orders. Tell us immediately at Contact Us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly incorrect, or fraud is suspected — and any payment made for a cancelled order is refunded in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout — including any delivery fee — is the amount you pay. Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the correct amount ready; couriers may not carry change. PK Bazaar never asks for your card or bank details — see our Privacy Policy.

4. Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframes described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather or remote locations. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address; re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur an extra fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled strictly according to our Refund & Return Policy, including the 7-day return window, evidence requirements and item condition rules. By ordering you accept those terms.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site or app for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security or other users
• Do not place orders with no intention of accepting delivery (repeat refusals may lead to account restrictions)
• Product reviews and messages must be honest and not misleading

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PK Bazaar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.

8. Intellectual Property

The PK Bazaar name, logo, website, app and content are owned by or licensed to PK Bazaar and may not be used without written permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; see our Disclaimer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
