Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because PK Bazaar is a Cash on Delivery store delivering across Pakistan, this policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work — honestly and simply.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted. A return is eligible when the item is:

• Damaged on arrival (shipping damage or manufacturing defect)
• Wrong item — a different product, color or variant than what you ordered
• Not as described — significantly different from the product page listing

Unboxing Video — Strongly Recommended

We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when your parcel arrives — from the sealed courier package through to opening the box and testing the item. A clear video is the fastest and most reliable proof for damage, wrong-item or missing-part claims, and greatly speeds up approval. Photos of the item, packaging and shipping label also help. Claims without any photo or video evidence may be harder to verify.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts included. Items that are used, washed, scratched, altered or missing parts (beyond the reported fault) may not qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:

• Cosmetics and personal care products
• Undergarments
• Food items

These exceptions apply only where the item itself is not defective; if such an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 305 795 8826 (or email princechohan4u@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and your unboxing video/photos
3. Our team will review your claim and confirm the outcome, usually within 1-3 business days
4. If approved, we will arrange the return pickup or provide return instructions

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the returned item, it is inspected to confirm the reported issue. After approval, your refund is sent via JazzCash or bank transfer (we will ask for your wallet/bank details at that point) within 5-10 working days. If you prefer, a replacement item of the same value can be shipped instead.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

• We cover return shipping when the item was damaged, wrong or not as described
• You cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns (if we accept such a return for your item, a return shipping deduction may apply from the refund)
