PK Bazaar ("we", "us", "our") operates the PK Bazaar online store and app, which lets customers in Pakistan browse products and place orders for home delivery. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By shopping with PK Bazaar you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the details needed to deliver it:

• Name, phone number and email address
• Delivery address (address line, city and province)
• Order history — the products you ordered, prices, dates and order status

We may also receive messages you send us on WhatsApp or email, such as support or return requests.

Payments — Cash on Delivery

PK Bazaar is a Cash on Delivery (COD) store: you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. We do not collect, process or store any debit card, credit card or bank account details. No card numbers ever touch our servers.

Advertising & Google AdMob

Our app and website display ads served by Google AdMob and other third-party ad networks. These networks may collect device information — including the Advertising ID on your Android device — together with app usage data, to show you personalized (interest-based) ads.

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time: on Android, open the Google Settings app → Ads → turn on Opt out of Ads Personalization. You can also manage Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Opting out does not remove ads — it only makes them less targeted.

Cookies

The website uses small text files called cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Ad networks may also use cookies or similar technologies for ad measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly afterwards.
